Return & Refund
With us at Affingos you always have open purchase and cancellation rights for 14 days after you receive your order. In order for open purchase and withdrawal to apply, the product must be in original condition, ie that it is complete, undamaged, unused and that all packaging and all tags and "Affingos tags" remain.
Packages that have not been collected and are returned will not be covered by open purchase and the right of withdrawal, but will then be charged with SEK 350. It is important that you enter the correct mobile number and address at the time of order and it is you as the customer who is responsible for having entered the correct information.
Once a package has paralyzed our warehouse, we cannot stop it.
Clothes that have a smell of sweat, perfume, mud, smoke or other, stains, makeup, perfume, animal hair or otherwise used or not in original condition will not be refunded and you will have to pay for shipping yourself if we will send the garment back to you.
On bathing suits and bodys, it is important that hygiene protection remains. Remember to always try bodysuits and swimwear with lingerie on. Due to hygiene reasons, open purchase does not apply to tights and caps.
How do I make a return or exchange?
1. Fold the garments, pull up the zippers and pack the goods in a closable bag, ensure that all original packaging and tags remain and the garment is unused and has no stains from deodorant, dirt, makeup, animal hair, sweat or perfume.
2. Click the Return & Exchange link, fill in the form. If it is a swap, you fill it in the form and place a new order on what you want to swap, we then credit the shipping for the swap. With us, exchanges are always free of charge.
3. Follow the return instructions you receive in the email. The return must always be submitted to the agent according to the instructions and always save the return receipt until you have received confirmation that the return has been received by Affingos. Please note that the return must be submitted as soon as possible, not 14 days passed from the time you collected the package until you send it back.
4. When we have received and approved the return, you will receive an email and refund will be made within 1-3 weeks from receipt of return. If you have chosen Klarna as a payment, it is important that you either pay or pause your invoice. Affingos does not account for additional costs linked to late payments.
Always save your receipt until we have registered the return. The responsibility for the return is always the buyer's until we receive it.
Shipments that are sent in with their own paid shipping do not take responsibility for Affingos, nor do we receive returns sent to the Post Office or agents. Only company packages with delivery to our warehouse are accepted.
My return was not approved - What do I do?
If your return is not approved according to our terms, we can send the product back to you for compensation for shipping now. SEK 118 You will receive an email from us with payment instructions. It is important that you pay your invoice. Affingos does not account for additional costs linked to late payments. If payment for shipping has not been delivered to us within 2 months from the decision date of return, the garment will be donated to charity.
I have selected an invoice, do I have to pay it if I make a return?
We always recommend that you pay your entire invoice and wait for credit from us, or you can only pay for the products you keep on your invoice, before the invoice's due date. We will delete other products from your invoice as soon as we have registered your return. If you choose to return all products in your order, you should only pay for the shipping cost that the customer is responsible for on return (SEK 69). If your due date is approaching and you are worried that we will not be able to register your return before the invoice's due date, you can call Klarna on 08 120 120 10 and ask them to pause your invoice.
Confirmation and refund
Normally, your return is registered and refunded within 1-3 weeks from the time you returned the return to your agent. The refund will be made to the same account you used when you placed your order.
Does it cost to make a return?
Upon return, you as a customer are responsible for a shipping and handling cost of a total of SEK 69. However, making a change is always free with us.
My product is damaged, how do I proceed?
We always review our products upon delivery from the supplier and before they are packed and shipped to customers. But of course it can be wrong. Go to the link Return & Change, fill out the form and select option 5 complaint. It is important that you do this as soon as you have received and reviewed your delivery.
Normal delivery time is between 1-2 working days with DHL traceable to most cities in Sweden. If you live in a smaller place, the delivery time may be slightly longer. Unfortunately, we do not have the opportunity to speed up delivery.
Minimum order value
The lowest order value for an order is SEK 149. Shipping cost for orders under SEK 500 is SEK 49 and free shipping on orders over SEK 500. All our prices are incl. VAT ex. 25%, We reserve the right for price errors and misprints.
Packages that are not collected but which are returned to us are not covered by the return or cancellation right. If the package is not collected, we will charge you SEK 350 to cover shipping and administrative costs (valid from 2020-02-26 and so far)
We do not account for any invoice and reminder fees that this may entail.

We will not reimburse the return cost if you return the item without having contacted us before.
We are of course responsible for the return shipping in case of incorrect deliveries as well as complaints as long as you have received our approval before returning the goods.
If it appears that Affingos is not the reason for the complaint and that the goods have been damaged or destroyed due to If the customer has not followed our care advice and / or been unresponsive, there is a handling fee of SEK 150 which is charged to the customer.
Affingos reserves the right to replace defective goods with an error-free like product in cases where the product is still in the range. If the product is not left in the range, it is replaced with a discount code corresponding to the sum of the product.

Whichever payment option you choose, Klarna or one of Klarna's partners is the person handling the payment transaction while the actual purchase of the product or service is done directly by the store. Current payment options that may currently be offered through Klarna Checkout are invoice, account credit, card payment or direct payment via bank. Invoice is the default payment option.

Possibility of partial payment
